The national executive committee provide leadership and direct the work of the Association. They are supported by the Social Work Consultant Leads and PCSWA State Network leadership teams and are accountable to the membership. All officers of the Association volunteer their time in addition to their day to day work responsibilities.

PCSWA State/Territory Networks bring social workers together within a State and/or Territory. These PCSWA Networks have a leadership group of Co-Convenors and Secretaries who are part of the national PCSWA leadership group.

PCSWA State Networks promote and support the vision and mission of PCSWA.

Social Work Consultant Leads provide expertise to PCSWA in a particular area of practice. Social Work Consultant Leads support PCSWA in promoting and supporting the vision, mission and objects of the Association.
